Welcome to Rockin W Rabbits We are the Watson's, Travis,Trevor, Laura and Mike, a small rabbitry in North Texas. 45 Miles north of DFW and 10 miles south of Denton, Tx.
Travis and Trevor started raising rabbits in 2002 when we moved to the country and the boys got involved in 4-H. We are proud members of the Ponder 4-H. Trevor holds the office of President. The boys I have done very well showing rabbits. We raise Dutch, a few Netherland Dwarfs and Havanas for breeding shows and Californians for meat pens in the county show. They have many Best in Shows, Best in Breeds and multiple Best in Show Runner up. Our main breed is Dutch and Havanas and we like to breed our own show stock. But are starting to raise more Californians for breed stock and meat pens. With Travis, off at Texas Tech University, Trevor has been running the rabbitry with the help of our parents.
Spring 2010 is the last competitive year for Trevor as he is retiring from showing and will concentrate on breeding quality Havanas, Dutch, and Meat Pens for Youth and Adult who show. This means he will be selling his best as a means to earn as much as he can for college. If you are interested in these breeds please either call or email for the wait list. Also check the sell page for breeding stock now available
We will have meat pens for June shows.
